Place your order online through midnight Wednesday (or until sold out) for delivery or pick-up on Friday and Saturday. Any orders placed after this deadline will be ready for the following weekend.

We have two types of cookie boxes to choose from: 

Custom dozens include two flavours of your choice for $25/dozen. If you'd like additional custom boxes, select your next two flavours and add to cart.

Assorted dozens include all of our featured flavours in one sweet box for $30/dozen. Please note that assortments are pre-set and substitutions are not permitted.

All sales are final with no refunds or returns. Due to production limitations, we cannot cancel your order once it has been confirmed.

We take orders on a weekly basis through midnight Wednesday (or until sold out) for delivery or pick-up on Friday and Saturday. Any orders placed after the deadline has passed will be ready for the following weekend. Order dates are advertised when placing your order. Please review these dates carefully to ensure you receive your cookies for when you want them.

Delivery in Niagara: You can expect your order to be delivered on either Friday or Saturday between 9:00am-7:00pm. The day before your order is expected to arrive, you will receive an email notification with a 2 hour window in which your cookie order will be delivered.

Pick-up in St. Catharines or Stoney Creek: You will receive an email notification as a reminder to pick-up your cookie order during your selected pick-up date and time.

Pick-up in St. Catharines: 30 Ellis Ave, St. Catharines on Friday from 4:00-6:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am-12:00pm

Pick-up in Stoney Creek: 87 Millen Rd, Stoney Creek on Friday only from 3:00-6:00pm

These are residential addresses as we are a licensed home-based bakery. Dates and times are subject to change during holiday seasons.

Please arrive anytime during your selected pick-up window and ask for the name in which you placed the order. If someone is picking up on your behalf, please have them ask for the order under your name.

Review your order carefully to ensure you have selected your preferred pick-up location, date, and time. You will receive an email notification as a reminder to pick-up your cookie order.

If you require an accommodation outside of our pick-up hours, please submit this request at checkout. Requests are not guaranteed and are subject to mutual availability. 

Orders that aren't picked up will be held for 24 hours, during which time you will need to contact us to reschedule. Rescheduled pick-ups aren't guaranteed and are subject to mutual availability. All sales are final.

Delivery is $5 or free for orders of 2 boxes or more to the following cities: Grimsby, Beamsville, Vineland, Jordan Station, St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Thorold, Pelham, Welland, Port Colborne and Fort Erie.

We deliver Friday and Saturday between 9:00am-7:00pm. You can expect your order to be delivered on either of these days. The day before your order is expected to arrive, you will receive an email notification with a 2 hour window in which your cookie order will be delivered. Timeframe will be approximate. Delivery may run earlier or later depending on weather and/or traffic conditions. We will always do our best to be on time.

Your order will be placed on your front porch for contactless delivery, unless otherwise specified. Please bring them inside as soon as possible to avoid animals, theft, and unfavourable weather conditions. We are not responsible for damaged or stolen products once cookies are on your property.

If you require a change in delivery address, please contact us immediately to submit this request. Your delivery window may also be impacted by this change. Requests are not guaranteed.

If you would like to change your order to pick-up in St. Catharines or Stoney Creek, please contact us immediately to submit this request. Requests are not guaranteed. Due to our online ordering system, delivery fees cannot be refunded. All sales are final.

We do all of our own deliveries with a small team of one baker (Cate) and one delivery driver (her husband Asmir, who also works full-time at a hospital).

On occasion, you may find delivery is unavailable for a specific weekend due to scheduling conflicts within our small team. When this happens, only pick-up options will be shown when placing your order.

This doesn't happen often and delivery will resume for the following weekend.

Catering is available all year round with access to our full flavour catalogue at a minimum order of two dozen. Pricing starts at $2.50/cookie. We require two weeks notice and your final cookie quantities to confirm your order. Find more information on our Catering page.

Once you receive your order, transfer the cookies to an airtight container, storing them at room temperature for up to one week.

​Cookies can also be frozen for up to two months by laying them flat in a zipped-top freezer bag, lined side-by-side (not stacked on top of one another). When you are ready to enjoy, allow the cookies to come to room temperature on the countertop.

Warming up the cookies in the microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, or traditional oven is optional but highly recommended. Once cooled, transfer the cookies to an airtight container for storage as mentioned above.

Cookies are produced in a facility where nuts are present. While some of our flavours may not contain physical nuts in them, we are not a nut-free facility, thereby our cookies are not certifiably nut-free.

Cookies also contain other common allergens such as egg, dairy, and gluten.
